Description
Rossendale Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to act as the lead delivery partner for an inclusive Creative Skills Programme for Young People across Rawtenstall, Waterfoot and Crawshawbooth. The programme will focus on: Developing practical creative skills Building confidence and aspiration Supporting progression into employment, training or enterprise within the creative industries Ensuring inclusive engagement and co‑creation with young people The successful provider will design and deliver a structured programme of activity over a four‑year period, including an annual youth‑led creative event, partnership working with local schools, youth services and creative practitioners, and clear arrangements for monitoring and evaluating outcomes.
