Unified Communications (UC)

The Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) is seeking proposals for the replacement of the current fixed line telephone handsets and the implementation of a unified communications (UC) system from its London office to provide: • Telephony services • Audio Conferencing • Video Conferencing • Online screen sharing and collaboration The key benefits are to provide more flexible working options and improved remote collaboration between staff and members of the RCoA as well as to realise efficiency savings on time and travel costs. The tender is open from Monday 10th April to Friday 5th May. Responses should be emailed to tsp@rcoa.ac.uk by 4pm on the 5th May.
