The construction of one block of 22 new units, one block of 20 new units and one block of 15 new units. Works will include foundations, external and internal walls, roofs, mechanical and electrical services, energy conservation measures, kitchen and bathroom fit outs, all internal decorations, and all associated works to provide affordable rental accommodation. Tenders were based on an Employers Requirements Document for works under a Design and Build Contract.
