Short Breaks for Disabled Children Framework - Day time Short Breaks, Outward Bounds and Activity Based Residential for children in Sheffield

Delivery of short break for provision for families caring for a child with a disability. The framework includes three Lots: Day time Short Breaks (mixed needs weekend and school holiday clubs), Outward Bounds (school holiday activities) and Activity Based Residential (overnight school holiday activities). The contract value is inclusive of the option to extend by 1 year.
