CTO85 - GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT 2024

This requirement includes, but may not be limited to: • Grass Cutting • Litter lifting • Grass Edging • Informal Grass Cutting • Wildflower Cutting • Weed and Moss Control • Shrub/Herbaceous Bed Maintenance • Seasonal Bed Maintenance • Hedge Maintenance • Young Tree Maintenance • Hard Surface Weed and Moss Control • Culverts • Inspections for holes, ruts and tracks • and any other works deemed included by Client. Refer to the Procurement Documentation for full details. The Lot Contracts associated with this Competition will deliver measurable social value outcomes in accordance with Procurement Policy Note 01/21 – Scoring Social Value. The successful Economic Operator(s) will be required to support the Contracting Authority's social value objectives arising from this Procurement. Accordingly, Contract performance conditions and/or Award Criteria may relate, in particular, to social value.
