CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF MASTERPLANNING FOR FOUR STRATEGIC HOUSING ALLOCATIONS

1.1 South Staffordshire District Council (SSDC) wishes to invite a suitably experienced and qualified consultants to work with the Council and site promoters in preparing a strategic development framework for our four strategic housing allocations that are proposed through our Local Plan Preferred Option (Regulation 18) consultation. It proposed that this is progressed through a partnership approach between the site promoters, Council, and appointed specialist consultant, building on work done to date by the site promoters, including site specific evidence where appropriate.
