GB-Colchester: Garage Refurbishments - Colchester

Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority) on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to carry out refurbishment works to its garage stock within the Borough of Colchester. The Contracting Authority has a requirement for refurbishment of 52 garages on 7 sites across the Borough of Colchester for financial year 2021/2022. Sites for any future years' work will be identified in early 2022. Refurbishment is to be defined as replacement of the roof coverings, doors, guttering and downpipes, and to install fascia's.
