Description

Provider of a Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Change Programme for South Yorkshire. The South Yorkshire Partnership of Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield Councils and the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) are seeking to collaboratively commission a provider/s who can deliver through one contract: - A Domestic Abuse (DA) perpetrator behaviour change programme for those aged 16+ - A Domestic Abuse (DA) Out of Court Resolution programme - An integrated victim / survivor support service - A county wide training offer SYMCA will be the lead commissioner. Following the Mayoral election in May 2024, the Mayor took on the functions of the Police and Crime Commissioner. These functions include listening to the needs of communities, securing victim support services, setting the objectives for the police force, and holding the Chief Constable to account. The Provider must be ready to commence delivery of the full service on 1st April 2026. A consortium approach would be considered if more than one provider wishes to work together within the single contract.
