Description
Wolverhampton Homes will be holding a remote market warming session on Tuesday 3rd February 2026 regarding their requirement, which includes Three new Measured Term Maintenance Contracts will be required to undertake a wide range of general building maintenance, electrical, roofing and adaptation works to voids (empty homes), tenanted homes and communal areas. Two contracts will predominantly deliver planned/batched works, on a geographical basis. One contract will cover the entire City and will predominately undertake 'responsive' works arising through tenant requests, including works under the scope of Awaab's Law, and Disrepair Claims, where works are subject to prescribed timescales. For business continuity and delivery risk reasons, a supplier/company group, may only be awarded one of the three contracts. Should a supplier tender for more than one contract, WH will determine the Most Advantageous Tender for each award. Each Contract will be for 4 years, under the JCT Measured Term Contract. Contract 1: Planned, North Wolverhampton (inc associated electrical & roofing works) - £5million Contract 2: Planned, South Wolverhampton (inc associated electrical & roofing works) - £7million Contract 3: Responsive, City Wide - (inc Awaabs law, Disrepair Claims) - £10million
