London's Packaging Footprint

ReLondon is seeking a consultancy to undertake work to map material flows across the city's packaging supply chain (including a focus on plastics) and link to consumption-based emissions, enabling London's policymakers and its stakeholders to understand where carbon hotspots occur and the extent that packaging contributes to the city's overall consumption-based emissions.
