The contract is primarily concerned with the removal of existing and installation of new: • flat warm roofs to main building and communal entrance, • flat roof to bin store, • insulated vertical tiling/ cladding to main building, • flashings to high level dormer windows, and • guttering and downpipes to all buildings, at numbers 1 to 9 Edgecumbe Court, Sandy, Bedfordshire.
