Media planning and buying partner for the Norwich BID

Background: We're putting Norwich on the map. Our city is a wonderful secret that we can no longer keep to ourselves, and we want YOUR help to spread the word! Norwich Business Improvement District (BID) is run for local businesses by local businesses. Our purpose is to 'Help Norwich Thrive' and we are achieving this through a wide range of projects; from supporting businesses with bespoke plans to reduce their waste, to the 'Love Light Festival' welcoming over 32,000 attendees. Our remit is broad, and our growth plans are ambitious. We are looking for a partner to strategically guide our media investment, help us reach new audiences and build awareness of Norwich as a great place to live, work or visit.
