Supply Seasonal Bedding Plants that meets the Council's requirement in order to produce high quality Seasonal Bedding displays. This contract involves the supply of Spring and Summer bedding plants and includes high profile schemes such as Victoria Park. There is a need to procure this service to ensure that Tower Hamlets parks continue to be an exemplar of good horticultural practice and remain at the fore front of local and national recognition from external bodies such as Britain in Bloom and Green Flag awards.
