Description
Award of contract to suitably qualified and experienced provider/s who can deliver flexible, child-centred support in a variety of settings-including the child's home and residential settings. Services must be appropriately registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and capable of offering individual support, tailored to each child's needs. These services are split into the following two Lots: Lot 1 - Residential Short Breaks Service for Children and Young People with Complex Needs (NOT AWARDED).Provision of a Care Inspectorate for Wales (CIW) Registered facility providing overnight short breaks for children and young people with disabilities, notably those with a physical disability requiring attendance at a specialist provision Lot 2 - Home-Based Short Breaks Service for Children and Young People with Complex Needs Provision of an overnight short breaks service for children and young people with a disability, that are provided within the family home.
