Property Asset Management System

The London Borough of Newham shall be looking to procure a Property Asset Management System. The Authority shall be seeking to understand the capability of the market to deliver an integrated digital solution to support the management of its corporate property portfolio. The Authority currently operates Civica as part of its system landscape This notice is intended for forward looking pipeline visibility only. Details, timelines and scope are indicative and remain subject to change and will be notified in further Notices as the procurement progresses. The Authority also reserves the right to utilise existing Public Procurement Regulations 2015 Framework Agreements and Dynamic Purchasing Systems that they are permitted to use should it be deemed the most suitable market route.
