Luton Council is undertaking a PCR15 Direct Award Approach, of 10 x Refuse Vehicles (RCV's) in compliance with TPPL/ NEPO Framework ref NEPO224 Lot 2 Refuse collection conversions up to 44T, to Ranked 3 Framework Supplier FZUK. In making a direct award offer the supplier will demonstrate that value for money and full compliance with the framework and Councils conditions have been achieved.
