Current project value up to £50,000 with two stage selection process. Possible additional phases of work up to £50,000 within a period of 5 years. Shortlist of 5 contractors will be selected based on relevant experience with conservation of listed buildings and scheduled monuments, technical capacity, H&S record and lead-in time.
