The Employer requires the Contractor to complete the demolition, removal of surplus material and grubbing out of foundations of 7nr two storey terraced houses together with the removal of all associated external works, driveways, drainage and termination of service connections, rebuilding of the gable wall and construction of the boundary walls to House Nr.8 and the reinstatement of site with top soil, seeding and new 900mm high hoop-top fencing with lockable access gate at Stonedale Crescent, Liverpool, L11 9BR. The scheme has been granted Planning Approval by Liverpool City Council for 1 - 5 Stonedale Crescent dated 20th June 2022, reference 22PM/0886. Planning Approval has also been granted for 6 & 7 Stonedale Crescent dated 12th August 2022, reference 22PM/2158.
