specialist consultancy support to take a systems-based approach to understanding, designing and ultimately scaling circular economy activity across and around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP) and the wider sub-region. This commission is structured in two phases to reflect current funding constraints, with Phase 1 (£15,000) focused on systems discovery and ecosystem mapping, and Phase 2 (subject to further funding) focused on co-design, solution development and an impact measurement framework.
