For the Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Uniform to Ubico Ltd - AWARD

Ubico Limited is a local authority owned company set up to deliver environmental services to its primary shareholding Councils through service contracts. The current shareholders are Cheltenham Borough Council, Cotswold District Council, Tewkesbury Borough Council, West Oxfordshire District Council, Forest of Dean District Council, Stroud District Council and Gloucestershire County Council. Ubico operates out of a range of sites throughout Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire Ubico Ltd is inviting tenders for the supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Uniform to Ubico Ltd. The requirement is split in to the following two LOTS o LOT 1 Personal Protective Equipment and Uniform - Unisex o LOT 2 Personal Protective Equipment and Uniform - Women's Sizing The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend to for two 12 month periods taking the total potential contract length to 4 years. The services currently provided by Ubico for its shareholders include; o Residual waste collections, household and commercial o Recycling collections, household and commercial o Organic waste collections, household o Recycling centre management o Street cleaning o Public toilet cleaning o Grounds and cemetery maintenance o Nursery operations (plant propagation) o Fleet management and maintenance o Winter maintenance (gritting) o Pest control o Building cleaning
