United Learning Trust seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework to enable Public Sector organisations to access electricity and gas purchasing solutions via a competitive call off process. Ti framework seeks to appoint suitably licenced suppliers to facilitate a multi-lot/multi-supplier framework.
