Group Services Relocation project for The Manchester College

The College's Group Services, consisting of Finance, Human Resources, IT Services, Health and Safety, Marketing and Communications, Apprenticeships, MOL, Novus and Student Records /MIS are currently located within rented office space. The lease for the rented office space is coming to an end and the College are therefore preparing to relocate the above departments within the existing Wythenshawe and Openshaw Campuses. The lease for the existing accommodation has already been extended to the end February 2018 and it is therefore imperative to the College that the proposed refurbishment and remodelling works are completed by the dates stated.
