architectural design practice to act as Architect and Lead Designer for a pilot project, and potential rollout to additional projects, comprising Architect Design Team Package 5, which will deliver new homes and landscaping as part of Hackney Council's New Homes Programme (NHP). The pilot project is to develop a replicable townhouse typology of social rented housing for an identified site at Nye Bevan Estate, Clapton E5. It is Hackney's intention to roll out this typology to further small Council-owned sites subject to proof of concept.
