Supported Living and Housing Related Support Framework

Framework for supported living and housing related support providers, to continue with existing provision and to undertake call-off contracts. The framework was developed in order to pull together the current providers working within North East Lincolnshire onto a standard hourly rate, outcome based commissioning contract monitoring procedure and a revised specification. All providers were asked to come in line and acceptance onto the framework. The quality within the market was to a good level, with a good choice of providers and settled individuals it was felt that a full procurement exercise would be too disruptive to our most vulnerable. Those who did not come in line with the specification and rate went out under a call-off contract for those on the framework to "bid" upon.
