Provision of Library and Archive Services - AWARD

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC, the Council) has a statutory duty under the Public Libraries and Museums Act to provide a comprehensive and efficient library service for all persons The Council seeks to enter into an exclusive arrangement with a suitable Contractor for the provision of its library services, archive service, school library service, home library service and maintenance of data in the Dudley Community Information Directory.
