Framework Agreement for the supply of Cleaning and Janitorial Supplies

The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), (the 'Authority') is issuing this invitation to tender ('ITT') in connection with the competitive procurement to establish a framework agreement for Cleaning and Janitorial Supplies. The resulting Framework agreement will be accessed by entitled organisations ("Participating Authorities") as listed in Annex 2 at any point during the period of the Agreement. This ITT contains further information about the procurement process.
