Heritage Impact Assessment For Test Valley Local Plan 2042 (Regulation 19)

Test Valley Borough Council is seeking the appointment of an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant to prepare the following to support the preparation of the emerging Test Valley Local Plan: Heritage Impact Assessment The outputs of this commission will form part of the evidence base that will inform plan-making and implementation across the borough, and must therefore be up to date, robust, and in line with national policy and guidance. In particular, it will help to inform emerging Local Plan policies on site allocations. It must stand up to scrutiny at examination and during planning appeals.
