Provision of Local Evaluation for Birmingham Changing Futures Together

The aim of this Contract is for the provision of Local Evaluation for Birmingham Changing Futures Together. The Local Evaluator will be responsible for evaluating the delivery of the project over the next 5 years and assessing the extent to which it has achieved its aims of systems change and improving the delivery of services to individuals with Multiple and Complex Needs. The Local Evaluation activity will be carried out in relation to the programme outcomes and specific local key priorities detailed within this specification and the supporting Appendices. BVSC as Contracting Authority through this Contract aims to ensure provision of Local Evaluation for Birmingham Changing Futures Together.
