SCC - NR - RFQ - Community sector impact on maintaining independence and demand avoidance

Surrey County Council wants to procure a service that will guide the Community sector. This will involve a review the unstructured ASC data to identify predictor events for the development of care needs. Use this insight to identify effective preventative interventions and inform the designed of a structured data collection framework that will continue to provider insight into the future.
