TC886 Highways and Infrastructure Construction Works

The works for this Framework Agreement will include, but are not limited to the following: Site Clearance General site clearance including removal of; fences, vegetation, posts, street furniture Earthworks Minor and bulk excavation works including disposal off site and potential hazardous materials. Works may include ground stabilization Drainage and Ducting New drainage and ducting construction works and minor alterations to existing if required Highways Construction of new highways and road junctions. Also maintenance and repairs of existing Kerbing and Footways Laying of new kerb lines and full footway construction. Works may include laying new paving Fencing Installation of new fencing Road Restrain Systems Installation of vehicle road safety barriers etc Signs and Markings Installation of road traffic signs and gantries. Also the laying/removal of road markings Utility Diversions The planning and site supervision of STATS diversions Street Lighting Management and installation of new street lighting columns, brackets and heads Brickwork, Blockwork, Stonework Construction of new and maintenance of existing brickwork, blockwork and stonework Landscaping Soft landscaping works, including seeding, tree replacement etc Bridges The construction of new and maintenance of existing bridge structures and parapets
