Description
The primary objective of this contract is to provide an independent assessment of service provision, impact and future sustainability of the delivery model. The evaluation will evidence the economic, social and environmental impact of DurhamEnable in County Durham. The evaluation will be required to evidence the economic, social and environmental impact of DE in County Durham. DurhamEnable is a Supported Employment service delivered by Durham County Council with funding from the European Social Fund. It supports people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism or long-term health conditions, to help them progress into paid employment. The service adopts a multi-agency approach to tackling the historically low employment rate for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism in the county, providing intensive 1:1 Job Coach support for job seekers.
