Cornwall Council uses the Supplying the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk to advertise all tender opportunities. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain access to the council's e-tendering system (Proactis).\r \r The Council is responsible for providing coronial services for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.\r The Service Provider shall undertake the following tests upon request by the Coroner:\r (a) Standard (analytical) Drug Testing;\r (b) Standard (analytical) Alcohol Testing;\r (c) Standard (analytical) Drug and Alcohol Testing;\r (d) Enhanced (analytical, calculations and assessments) Drug Testing;\r (e) Enhanced (analytical, calculations and assessments) Alcohol Testing\r (f) Enhanced (analytical, calculations and assessments ) Drug and Alcohol Testing;\r \r
