Procurement of a used Rohde and Schwarz ZNB40 2 Port 40GHz Vector Network Analyser to include a manual calibration kit and qty 2 ZV-Z195 RF cables

Quotations required for the supply of a used Rohde and Schwarz ZNB40 2 port 40GHz Vector Network Analyser complete with a manual calibration kit and qty 2 ZV-Z195 2.92mm RF cables. Must have at least a 12 month warranty and a full valid certificate of calibration. All quotations and questions should be sent to kevin.coughlan@ensilica.com and alan.wong@ensilica.com Closing date for submissions is 12.00pm on 5th November 2021. Questions will be accepted up until 5.00pm on 29th October 2021. All answers to questions will be updated onto attached file. Outcome of all submissions will be notified to suppliers on the 5th November 2021 followed by a 10 day standstill period ending on the 17th November 2021 when a purchase order to the successful bidder will be issued. All bids will be scored as follows 50% on price, the lowest price getting the higher score. 40% on specifications, the more options included, the longer the warranty and calibration periods the higher the score. 10% on delivery forecast whereby the shortest delivery time gets the higher score.
