Appointment of a contractor under the (reference 343_24) ESPO Energy Performance of Buildings Services Framework Agreement for the provision of Air Conditioning Inspections (ACIs). The scope of services will be procured under the following framework lot: Lot 4 - Other Energy-Related Surveys (including TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections) This lot covers additional energy-related assessments to support the Council's energy efficiency and compliance objectives. This procurement supports the Council's commitment to sustainability, regulatory compliance, and energy performance improvement across its estate.
