Description
The selected supplier will be responsible for Planned Preventative Maintenance and Hard FM services, and will: - Carry out reactive works such as general handyman-type repairs. - Have in place a management structure which includes supplying method statements and risk assessments. - Man the site with qualified personnel for a four-hour period fortnightly or eight-hour period monthly during office hours. - Handle any disruptive works, such as cleaning of air-conditioner filters, construction works, PAT testing. - Handle emergency callouts (electrical, plumbing, glazing and air conditioning). The following is outside the scope of the contract: - Lift maintenance. - Fire safety windows. - Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. - Testing the fire alarm.
