Provision of Legionella Management Services and Emergency Response

Our Lady of Lourdes is seeking a professional and competent contractor to provide legionella management services including emergency call out to schools and central office locations throughout Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Services will include, Monthly: Profile temperatures as described in the Written Scheme. Quarterly: Clean and disinfect shower and spray heads, hoses. Issue test certification and service report in PDF format on each service visit. Annually: Carry out inspection of Water Storage Tanks and issue test certification and service report Annually: Carry out service to TMV's, clean filters, check operation. Issue test certification and service report Emergency breakdown response to systems on any site Consultancy and advice Legionella awareness training
