Description
Liverpool City Council (LCC) are seeking to engage companies to provide crowd management stewarding and static security services for Liverpool International Music Festival 2019. The event takes place in and around the Review Field of Sefton Park from 19th to 21st July 2019. In 2018, LIMF attracted over 50,000 music lovers, cementing Liverpool's reputation as a must-visit destination and establishing LIMF as the current voice of this global music city with an experimental but accessible programme for all. LIMF Summer Jam became ticketed and paid for for the first year. Acts such as Hacienda Classical, Jax Jones and Example played the festival with a total of 200 performances taking place. Your company should have a track record of managing and supervising large outdoor public events, with attendance in excess of 50,000 people and have the relevant SIA qualifications. Your company will need to register on The Chest (Due North) to be able to receive the opportunity. The documents will only be available on the Chest (available via the Due North site). Once you have registered you will need to go to the "Activities" section on the home page of the CHEST and follow the instructions as a supplier to enable you to return your submission. To register your organisation on ProContract, click on the following link https://procontract.due-north.com/register, go to suppliers' area and click on "register free". Closing date for submissions is 10am 22nd March 2019
