ISHA has established a DPS to deliver repairs and maintenance services to its customers' homes and some commercial properties, such as ISHA offices and invites Suppliers to join. Other purchasing organisations such as other registered providers of social housing, Arm's Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and/or local authorities may also utilise the DPS. The DPS is divided into 6 Lots as follows: Lot 1 - General Repairs Lot 2 - Plumbing Lot 3 - Electrics Lot 4 - Drainage Lot 5 - Roofing Lot 6 - Glazing, Ironmongery & Locksmith
