BDI Boiler Replacement Works - AWARD

The UoN is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This project comprises the replacement of boilers at the BDI Building. The tender for these works is to be procured via a single stage competitive tendering process. The form of contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's design (MWD), 2016 Edition.
