Consultancy in respect of Climate Change Evidence Base for Central Lincolnshire Local Plan

Below Threshold Request for Quotation process. Quotations are invited for consultancy in respect of producing a climate change evidence base report to inform the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan. The Central Lincolnshire Joint Strategic Planning Committee prepares and executes the Local Plan which contains planning policies and allocations guiding the growth and regeneration of Central Lincolnshire. A key issue for consideration in the Local Plan is responding to the challenge to address climate change and the requirements of National Planning Policy in respect of climate change. An evidence base is required to support the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan to respond to the climate emergency, reduce carbon emissions, and deliver more sustainable development.
