Description
The GMC has commissioned this research to understand the factors involved in patients and the public's decision to make a complaint to the GMC as opposed to, or in addition to, other organisations within the complaints landscape. It may also help us to identify whether there may be complaints that should come to the GMC but currently don't (e.g. if certain groups tend to make less complaints). The research will help us to identify any changes we need to make to our communications and/or signposting processes, and enable us to target our information effectively.
