Consultancy Services for Adult Social Care - Front Door Design

The Council has appointed the services of a company to provide consultancy services for Adult Social Care - Front Door Design. The scope of these consultancy service includes the development of: • A single recognised view of all current adult social care front doors across BCP Council. • A design for a consistent approach to adult social care presenting need. • A financially sustainable front door approach that supports independence, demand management and early intervention and best use of council resources. • An implementation plan that can feed into the Organisational Design work to inform whole council design.
