Histology Reporting

Provision of a Histology Reporting service, providing a full diagnostic report on all samples submitted by the Authority. The samples are to be submitted by provision of paper or electronic patient/case data in a format to be agreed by both parties and by the issuing of associated glass slides to the supplier, via a dedicated courier service provided by the supplier.
