Supply Chain Notice: AKI- CIDP24 - WC1354666 Akrotiri Flood Prevention Works -WORKS. Barrack Blocks AK0142 and AK0159, - CYPRUS

- Intermediate Short Term Flood Prevention Measures and Perimeter Ground Improvement as per the design carried out under WC1167555. The Works comprise, but not limited to, the following: - Demolition and disposal of existing concrete channel - Construction of a drainage ditch with perforated pipe both sides including backfill material - Construction of Retaining Wall - Construction of new drainage concrete channel - New Apron & Concrete slabs at front, rear and sides of the building - New footpath construction - Construction of Rainwater Absorption Pit and Silt Traps - Concrete support to the perimeter of the existing external storage unit Further restrictions/instructions: - Existing topsoil: excavate from required areas to an average depth of 150mm and keep separate, including bulbs. Upon completion of the works topsoil to be spread to areas at the same locations - Trees that need to be trimmed / cut, as per the instructions of Environmental advisor, works should be carried out by Ground Maintenance (CSP JV). - Temporary fence shall be fixed prior the removal of the existing security fence, and to remain during the construction of the new security fence. - Materials to be delivered early on site - Ground maintenance - Environmental restrictions - Antiquities - Nonconcurrent principle shall apply between the works for Barrack Block 142 & Block 159 The Provisional Key Tender dates for the project are as follows: - Expression of interest: Friday 8th August 2025 - Expression of interest return: Monday 8th September 2025 - Invitation to Tender: Monday 22nd September 2025 - Tender Return Date: Friday 31st October 2025 - Contract award (Materials Order): Friday 30th January 2026 - Commencement of work: Thursday 2nd April 2026 - Completion of work (All Sites): Wednesday 30th September 2026 The currency of this project is Euro (€).
