Description
This is a contract award notice following a mini-competition process under the NHS Shared Business Services Framework Agreement SBS/17/NH/PZR/9256 Construction Consultancy 2 Lot 1 (North West) Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team . The project is to undertake full multidisciplinary design works RIBA stages 1-6 initially for a new deployment base located at Crewe (but for all work linked to the Estates Strategy to 2031). We require a Multi-Disciplinary team to undertake all design and specification production for the new deployment bases as defined by the Estate Strategy. This will include planning application, space planning, detailed design development and production of contractor specification documentation, assistance in evaluation of the contractors responses, control of contract costs/quality, contract administration during construction and completion of the site works, production of H&S preconstruction plan, review of construction phase H&S plan and H&S file In partnership with the principal designer We require the consultant team to be led by the Architect and include as minimum Planning Consultant, M&E consultant (to take the design to RIBA stage 4A), Structural engineering consultant, Civil Engineer (Drainage) Costs consultant, Landscape Architect, Net Zero Carbon Consultant, Fire Engineer, Space planner, interior designer, Employers agent / Project Manager, and any other enabling consultants necessary to deliver the project. It is our intention that a separate "blue" RIBA booklet be completed for each main site forming part of the Estates Strategy. This Initial Contract CPA/SPU/1994 documents and records the outcome of the mini-competition and contract award for a period from 2023 through to 2031 aligned to the Estates Strategy for Multi-Disciplinary Team services. All as per Quotation (RFQ) ref CPA/SPU/1994; Bluelight Reference 64773 Values in this notice are those for the 2 sites/projects set out in the mini-competition and a day works basket and used for price evaluation.
