Red Kite Community Housing owns and manages approximately 6,700 properties within the Wycombe District. Red Kite is seeking to create a Framework for Planned Maintenance Works.The Framework will be divided into the following Lots:Lot 1: Structural repairs, general building works, kitchen replacements, bathrooms replacements and electrical worksLot 2: Window and door renewalsLot 3: Roofing worksLot 4: Packaged works to one or more blocks or groups of street properties which includes a combination of works from more than one of the above work streams. This Lot will include External Wall Insulation worksLot 5: Repairs and void refurbishment works. This Lot may provide back-up services to the existing repairs and voids contractor if required
