Merton GP Access Hubs

NHS Merton CCG had contracted with Merton Health (local GP Federation) to facilitate extended patient accesstimes to Primary Care Services across Merton as delivered by local General Practices. The service ensures compliance with NHS England requirements to extend access between 8am and 8pm. Existing arrangements for a 6 month service is being extended by a further 6 months through this interim contract, to ensure continuity of these essential services being delivered from two local Primary Care Access Hubs.
