Digital Transformation Strategy - AWARD

To strengthen the public value Historic England delivers we want to develop a Digital Transformation strategy and implementation roadmap to enable us to improve how we work and innovate, implement best practice for digital governance, support and develop digital literacy and identify priority areas for technological investment. We are looking to work with a specialist agency with proven experience in delivering digital transformation to lead on the development of several key products as part of this work. To provide support and coaching to enable HE to develop other products and provide an un-biased external perspective throughout.
