DurhamWorks Positive Progressions - Sector Based Routeways

DurhamWorks are looking for specialist providers who can deliver tailored bespoke support to 16-24 year olds living in County Durham who are not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) We are looking to work with a range of providers who have strong employer links who can develop and deliver a range of sector based routeways linked to apprenticeships and jobs. Zero hour contracts cannot be considered as an employment outcome. We are looking to create pathways into employment which are accessible for young people on DurhamWorks and have scope to provide ongoing training and development to support sustained progression.
