Description
Opportunity Sheffield is seeking to commission several pilot engagement Projects for people who are unemployed or economically inactive in Sheffield and require additional support to access the labour market. The aim of the Projects will be to engage/re-engage clients with employability services, changing their existing potentially negative views of entering sustained employment into positive ones. This tender is procured under the Light Touch Regime. This project is part-funded by the European Social Fund. Decision taken and brief rationale: Contract award has been made based on most economically advantageous tender. Method statement (65%), Social Value (10%) and pricing schedule (total 25%, of which 10% being total price). Evaluation was undertaken with consensus scoring by the panel. The decision to award was then made as described in the invitation to tender, prioritising the highest scoring first bids of the bidder until the funding is allocated.
